Hardy up with Markakis at 2nd

Up to ex-Sox Thome

Orioles up to their last man, some guy named Jim Thome.

Bad pitch selection on the 3-2 pitch to Gordon. Tie game

They're just gonna walk Thome, meanwhile KC ties it up.

When did the O's acquire Thome? Is he everyday DH?

Now here comes there star Adam Jones

Tie Game in Baltimore

Let's face it, guys, every game we play against the Royals this year is gonna be a dogfight.

Our starting pitching ain't looking dominant right now.

KC up 3-1. Peavy getting hit hard. Our pitchers seem to be far too distracted by the base runners. Meanwhile, Flowers continues to call for too many fastball.

Baltimore tied it up

Didn't see that coming.

Pretty pathetic seeing out of all the guys, it is the Dwayne Wises and Alcides Escorbars of the world that blast it out of the park against Peavy

I think sweltering weather teams like KC, St. Looie and Texas Rangers should never play games before 7 p.m.

I personally won't consider going to a game like Sunday afternoon's game. To me, it's not enjoyable sitting in 95-105 degree heat unless it's on a beach or Vegas pool cabana. Just too hot.

Stop throwing Escobar fastballs, and he won't do as much damage.

Good start with the lead off walk

We can definitely get at Hochevar, come on Sox.

Go figure.

Sox making just a ton of outs on the bases the last two nights. It's amazing how much more balanced the lineup looks with AJ in there.

Would you trade Chris Sale and Beckham for Sal Perez and Danny Duffy (I realize Duffy is hurt). I think Perez is gonna be special.

Someone's mail got read.

Viciedo really scuffling against righties. Now over a .100 point split between LHP/RHP numbers.

Escobar is a future star, to his credit IMO.
