Idea: Replace Quintana with Santiago

Featured Replies

Honestly, Quintana was a blessing when Danks went down, but he's up 60 innings from last year and appears to have hit a wall.

Santiago is a stronger option down the stretch IMO. I think the decision is obvious, but I doubt we see the change. Thoughts?

Quintana doesn't look fatigued to Sox staff. Just dealing with control problems, Ventura said.

Santiago likely White Sox starter vs KC on Sunday. per DVS

I'm shocked your idea came up after a bad start.

I'm shocked you added nothing but your typical meatball nonsense.

Two straight AWFUL starts and a 1.57 WHIP in August means nothing I guess. Nor does the significant jump in innings pitched this year.

I honestly would give him 10 days off.

Sox have to do this; Q is Humber-like right now. Unless it's something that can be fixed, Q needs an extended time on the bench.
