June 20, 201312 yr Bristol now has Jake Brown at shortstop. Sent down from Kanny where he was hitting .316. Don't get it, since there are 3-4 other SS's on the Bristol roster. Of course, this clears the way for Tim Anderson to get all the PT at Kanny. And, I hope Bristol does better than last year.

You answered your own question. Needed to make room for Anderson. Brown isn't much of a prospect either. He hit well but in limited at bats. He'll see time in Bristol.
