That's not too bad. I'm sure Corey can use some rest and Ranaata can use some NHL live action.

I'll take it.

That pass from Keith, and to catch a rocket pass on the backhand like that by Sharp...thing of beauty.

Ho hum, 5-0 mid 2nd.

You'll get this. I freely admit that pass would have jumped off my stick on the backhand. I may catch that Keith pass 1/10 times. It's one of those things that unless you've tried to do that, you can't appreciate how hard that is. Similar to a nice saucer pass landing where it needs to, catching one in your skate to your feet while skating etc. Those are the best things to watch, and the hardest things to do, but I think the casual fan takes it for granted. They just see a pass was completed and it was a goal. I live for those little things.

I found this quiz amusing (and difficult). I only got 60% correct:

Haha, nice quiz. I got 9/10. The only one I missed was the Svensson/Svelvik. I had the right answer, but then I went back and changed it. Damn.

7/10. Though I will admit I guessed on a couple.

While keeping his balance and spinning past the defender. It was a thing of beauty.

Yeah. The Blackhawks have so much talent right now that we see it all the time. When I pull that s*** off, it's amazing (because it's hard). I swear the late 90's early 00's Blackhawks might have had two plays that looked that nice over the course of 5 years.

Awesome. I've been wondering for years if/when Chicago would get it. I'll definitely go.

Blackhawks just put up a 5 spot on the Flyers in the 2nd period against Emery ,lead 5-2. Keith (PP), Shaw , Handzus (SH), Versteeg and Toewes with goals. Both Flyers goal are PP's. Flyers also trying some Broadstreet bullying tactics.

Seabrook joins the scoring party 1:05 into the 3rd period. Emory finally pulled. 6-2 Hawks.

Blackhawks PP gave up 2SH breakaways and Raanta stops both. Flyers still beating on the Hawks.

Sharp PP goal . Kane sweet assist.

How has Rantaa loooked so far?

I may try to go.

All except for the shootout, not bad for a guy still playing his first north american hockey.

With his two assists last night, Patrick Kane is now on pace for a 100 point season. If he does that and the Hawks keep winning, he has a legit shot at the Hart trophy.
