I'm not a fan of the jerseys that have sayings or things like that on the back. The only exception was back in the old Chicago Stadium, I remember seeing a guy in the section over every game that had a WIRTZ jersey and the number was a $.

I adored JP Dumont thanks to a hat trick he scored as a rookie. I remain livid that he was added a deal simply to dump Doug Gilmour months after signing him.

He caught it, ran for 3 yards to get the first down, then threw it off the boards. I actually caught that live and was furious. You knew they'd score on something so f***ing stupid.

 

The only way it could have been better if it was at the UC and the whole crowd would have been all BOOOOOOOOOOOO as about 2% of the people would know the rule.

 

In other news, he was f***ing awful outside of that tonight. Here's what you do. Brookbank has actually been fine. Sitting Leddy was stupid for Brookbank. Let Brookbank play for Rozsival.
