I'd love to see some stat head find out how many K's Dunn has had through his last 35 games or so and compare it to any other 35 game stretch. He's making so much more contact now than I've ever seen him make before in a Sox uniform.

Dunns last 30 he's Kd 27 times. His previous 30 he Kd 42 times. He had a streak of 10 games where he struck out 20 times.

 

Dunn didn't strike out at all in 11 of his last 30 games, the previous 30 he only managed 4 such games.

They should just keep track of quality start or no quality start. Make the record pass/fail, then let the rest of the numbers tell the whole story.
