yes eaton has to play at least 130 games next year otherwise forget it. He's the difference between 82 wins and 86 probably and maybe even 87 if he can play 150.

I agree so much in what you said. a very good leadoff hitter is worth its weight in gold.

Thinking he'll be a run producer is one thing, but thinking he'll be a run producer because of his RBI statistic is silly. There is no way a data set that small, for RBI's of all stats, would be able to offer any utility in a predictive inquiry. Even so, at Avi's current rate he would need over 650+ PAs to hit 100 RBIs.

I really like his game, I think he has a chance to be a very good player overall. Still need a LH run producer though IMO.

I use that as a feeling that he doesn't seem to be scared with runners on. I am not trying to turn it into something of a probability scale.

I'd be shocked if they didnt add 2 arms to the pen. SHOCKED.

 

IMO, I believe we can contend with a better pen, one good arm in the rotation and maybe one solid bat (not middle of the order).
