Even though I think he will flame out, he clearly has shown to be too good for Low-A. Move him up and see if he keeps it going.

Serious question. When was the last time that a guy who was a reliever already at a lower level made it to the majors and contributed for the White Sox? I mean we are talking about Addison Reed, Bobby Jenks, and who?
