Stanford Sexual Assault case

Is anyone here familiar with contract law? I'd be curious whether a person who is highly intoxicated can have their agreement to a contract invalidated.

How is a rapist a f***ing hero?

Then again people thought Zimmerman was a hero for getting his ass kicked and shooting a kid after the fact.

The alt-right/MRA world is a horrorshow.

I honestly am surprised nobody has offed Zimmerman yet.

Per some bits of the police report he also texted photos of the victim's body to some of his friends on the night of, using one of those "non-photo-storing" apps. The text portion was still displayed on his phone when the police took him in. "Whos t*t is that".

It can happen, yes. I have seen this tried, but fail for lack of proof (no pun intended).

My insurance agent mentioned that if he knows someone is drunk he can not write a policy. I'm not certain if that is state law or company policy.

Just read about this case from the University of Minnesota. The guy eventually got 6 years but only after three women came forward on record. Just sickening.

And his frat brothers who tried to get the victim to go away are just despicable. Makes me sick.
