At this point, we as fans literally have to wait until Jerry leaves the franchise. I mean, they offered Eloy a contract, and he balked. Probably because it was cheap just like the Machado contract. The issue is systemic, not the organizations, they are simply following procedure as any team does under the current conditions in regards to prospects.
