Reduced service time, raise the minimum wage, 200M ceiling and 100M floor, expand arbitration, draft lottery to limit tanking. The owners must step forward and in doing so keep team equity off the table. If Rob is a labor lawyer these steps should be clear. Let's get the ball rolling first of the year.
