  1. TA didn't even know there were two outs. This team has checked out.
  2. When you have the opposing teams TV guys questioning why the Sox called up a promising young player just to sit him and play Leury instead you just have to laugh.
  3. Oriole TV guys laughing at TLR and the Sox. Join the club.
  4. I'm right there with you my man. Nothing is going to change with this organization until JR and RH are gone. It is still unbelievable to me and everyone else with an ounce of sense that TLR is managing this team. All because JR felt guilty for letting Hawk fire TLR in 86.
  5. You know Sosa can strike out twice, ground out, and hit in to a DP just as easily as Leury. So why not give those valuable AB's, as far as gaining experience go, to a 22 yr old who could be your future starting 2B ? I know, nobody tells TLR what to do.
  6. Okay but how do you really feel?
  7. No one is going to tell Tony fing Larussa how to make out a line up. I mean you know he is in the Hall Of Fame right? Yea I know he is pushing 80 yrs old and has been a drinker for probably 70 of those years but he still is as sharp as a tack. And his instincts and gut feelings when it comes to the game of baseball are second to none! If he thinks starting Leury will give this team the best chance to win well you better believe he knows something the rest of us don't.
  8. Never bring a woman to a baseball game. They will non stop jabber and want to leave in the 7th with the game tied.
  9. Every time. Usually a female.
  10. That is what an OF looks like when your not playing DH's in LF and RF.
  11. Sox will be lucky to split these 4 games.
  12. Sox pitching has done a good enough job tonight.
  13. The Orioles came in tonight with only two less wins than the Sox.
  14. That was the inning the Sox needed to do something. Good start with a leadoff walk then nothing. Going to be shutout by the Orioles. Have a feeling this series is going to be the start of a real bad stretch for this team.
  15. It's official. This team and season is cursed.
  16. Character win tonight. Shows this team hasn't quit. Almost forgotten was the outstanding effort by Cease . There is no question the guy has electric stuff. He just has to work on the pitch count. He needs to go 7 consistently and he will be a No 1 type guy.
  17. Moncada needs to take a lesson from watching Pito gut it out night after night.
  18. TA is a professional hitter.
  19. Blue Jays can mash. The Sox are just a fundamentally flawed team in so many ways.
  20. Burger can't be out there if he can't make those plays.
  21. This team isn't close to competing with the Astros or Yankees. Why aren't Garcia or Harrison ever getting injured but the guys in their mid 20's are getting hurt just running to first base. I don't think Moncada really wants to play no more. Nothing will change with this organization until JR sells the team which he will never do.
  22. How is Moncada now constantly getting hurt just running to first? He is a young guy he should not be having all these leg issues. Something is wrong with his training and exercising routines. Either that or he is just gone completely soft after getting the fat contract.
  23. Batters swinging at everything trying to get this over asap.
