Yea I probably miss spoke asking for him to go 7 innings but he does definitely need to get through 6 especially before hitting the 100 pitch mark.

Cease with 81 pitches through 4. He has to improve on this. A quality starter has to give you 7 innings pretty consistently. The BP will have to cover at least 4 innings today which is not good.

I will say again as I have been saying for over a month, how do you not at the very least fire the hitting coach? Nothing is changing as far as the approach at the plate. It is maddening to watch.

Giants are an actual good ML team who knows how to work the count and the book on Cease is make him work and he will throw a ton of pitches and won't last more than 5 or 6 innings. Cease with 29 pitches in the 1st. He won't last more than 5 innings today.

Lets be honest here. Watching the Yanks destroy Clev today and it is beyond clear that it doesn't matter who comes out of the pathetic AL Central they aren't beating Houston or NY.

No complaints about a win. Lets get one of the next two, win the series and come home on a good note to face the twinkies.

This team has so many automatic outs. It's amazing the lineup they run out there.
