  1. Need a good solid 7 innings from Gio today.
  2. Burger needs to be taking 100 ground balls a day at 3rd to improve his D as much as possible because the guy can hit.
  3. TLR is an egotistical Narcissist. He is the smartest guy in the room. And he won't let you ever forget he is a HOF Manager. Just ask the cops that arrested him for the DUI. He is never wrong and if you question him, like a couple reporters tried yesterday, you will feel his wrath. He is going on 78. He is never going to change. I'm sure, like me, there are a lot of you who have, or had, a father just like him. He is going to do things his way. Your never going to change his mind. He isn't getting fired either. The 86 yr old billionaire who hired him, because he felt so badly for letting Hawk fire him in 86, would never fire him again. And TLR is too much of an egomaniac to resign and admit failure. So Sox fans are yet again stuck watching a clown show. And that window of opportunity to win a WS has been slammed shut.
  4. I appreciate your passion for the White Sox and share your frustration, anger, and sadness for the direction the franchise has taken. Most of us knew the TLR hiring was a huge mistake, but we thought the assembled talent would cancel it out. Then this past off season came and went without the FO addressing the holes at 2B and in the OF. It was disappointing but we had hope that the team was still good enough to make a legitimate run. Then all the injuries began and players expected to perform well haven't and TLR continues with his mind boggling decisions and we are left experiencing this clown show. Yesterday was the last straw for most if us. This team and TLR are the laughing stock of ML Baseball. The team is a bad couple of weeks away from being out of the race. And it's only June. We were all looking forward to an exciting Summer of baseball. Instead we have this.
  5. Very true. Would love to know what Mendick was saying to Freeman. He had that look of like yea, we deal with this **** every day.
  6. The White Sox and TLR are the laughing stock of baseball right now. It's all over social media. Thanks JR for ruining this team and turning what White Sox fans thought was going to be a fun and exciting summer of baseball in to a complete clown show.
  7. Actually the look from Mendick is the telling one.
  8. Let's not hope he drives drunk but instead falls asleep behind the wheel before starting to drive and someone takes his picture and it goes viral.
  9. No TLR is the classic Narcissist. Always smarter than everyone else, never take responsibility for being wrong, when they are exposed for being wrong they get very mad and defensive and gaslight like crazy.
  10. This ship is about to sink real fast.
  11. Can Burger play the OF or maybe Catcher?
  12. Once this this team gets about 10-12 GB they will quit. Right now they still have this fantasy of only being 5 GB and being able to turn things around. That's why TLR and the FO aren't making any moves at all. They say hey were only 5 back and we are due to start hitting and playing better. Newsflash. This is who you are. A terribly constructed team full of designated hitters who can't hit or field or stay healthy.
  13. Hey Jerry. Sell the team already to someone who actually GAF about winning!
  14. Every time TLR struggles walking out to make a pitching change I have a ptsd attack remembering the day he was hired. What a clown show the whole White Sox organization is.
  15. Burger earning his way to be an everyday player.
  16. AJ hit the nail on the head as far as Cease and his walk numbers. Same with Kopech. If they get their walk rates down they are both going to be special.
  17. Grandal is washed up. His bat is so slow. Going to have to eat a lot of money with him.
  18. Moncada, Jimenez, and Lynn are all overweight. Not one of them takes conditioning seriously.
  19. Seriously what does it hurt to give Sanchez a look? He can't be any worse than what is being run out there right now and he might be better. I know the Sox are dragging their feet because they are only 5GB and they figure there is a long way to go. But that 5GB can turn in to 10GB in a real hurry.
  20. Moncada doesn't love the game. He isn't driven to be a great player. He is set for life financially at a very young age. He has no incentive to improve.
  21. This is insane. You can't continue to run Grandal, Moncada, and Garcia out there. And because they are only 4 GB is not an excuse to continue it. I don't know what the options are with the 3 of them but you have to do something. Tonight is another prime example of a game where the pitching has been more than good enough but you can't score because you have those 3 in the line up. Do something about it!
  22. Moncada and Grandal should never bat and Garcia should never bat either.
