It’s concerning that Boston has really nothing to play for, although the way the beat up on the Sox, they should be motivated to keeping the Sox in it and Cleveland out of it.

There will be an opportunity to gain on Cleveland when they (Cleveland) play in Boston, but the Sox cannot lose to KC. Would be great if they end the weekend back in a tie for first.

Glad they won but not sure if winning games where you’re outhit 2 to 1 is sustainable!

I thought the tiger bullpen was crap - couldn’t hold leads against the Guardians. Sox can’t hit for Sh%%%^ vs them.

Some players are better when they play every day. BenI hasn’t played since Monday- one reason I hate this platoon crap. He should be playing both Benni and Grichuk every game.

Why play Braden M. Over Grichuk? BTW, Braden is 0 for his last 22.

Hagen Smith usually goes multiple innings. Any reason why he didn’t last night. I see from the box score he struck out the side his one inning.
