5/26- Sox at Twins, 1:10, NBCSC
I really wish mis-played balls would automatically count as errors. Tilson deserved an error. Covey has been real good today.

Hold Your breathe any time the ball is hit to LF. Hell, anytime the ball is hit in the air.

Complementary veteran 1-2 years rentals. Wow, what a concept (Rick Hahn).

I've counted 6 hanging breaking balls we've completely missed.

He should be down 1-0 right now if they had a ML CF out there.

Anyone else annoyed by Sox Math? What's the point?

Compared to the rest of the clown car rotation, he's thrown the ball well IMO. Tallest Midget of the group.

They've completed 2 rebuilds past our '05 WS, and our rebuild appears to be in the infant stages, still.

It's defensive crap like this on why the Sox have yet turned the page on scrubs liked Engel and Sanchez. This blows.

Harper to Phillies 13yr/330 mil
In the case of the White Sox, it better damn be Moncada, Eloy, Robert, Kopech, Cease, etc. If those guys fail, game over.

Harper to Phillies 13yr/330 mil
See, I disagree where paying one single player $300 million equates to being any sort of sound baseball move. In fact, history has shown us sufficient proof of this. Especially for a franchise who counts every nickel and one bad contract to them is catastrophic.

Harper to Phillies 13yr/330 mil
Outside of Herrera, these are all one year roster fillers. Bad ones, I agree. But not worth losing sleep over. Be mad not that Rick Hahn failed to get Machado or Harper in here, but that his veteran roster fill-in moves are complete horse shit. Fill-in veterans will be important for this rebuild to eventually work come 2020 / 2021.

Harper/Machado was/is not the endgame.

Harper to Phillies 13yr/330 mil
How about sound baseball moves vs shooting for the moon just for the hype and selling tickets? Which BTW knowing Sox fans, even with the hype of a Bryce Harper, there would still be an excuse on why not to purchase tickets.

Sox are going to be very thankful they missed out on Harper.

Yoan's longterm position
Agreed. Leave him there, don't mess with something good. And just like we assumed his bat would come around from last year's rough season, I expect his defense at 3B to also improve going forward (and it's not that bad to begin with).

Toronto (18-26) v. Chicago (21-23) - 5/19/19 - 1:10 PM
Geez, where is the baseline there Timmy?

I hope that's the last memory there for Nicky. I hope. I've thought the same for many guys the last 3 years, but like roaches, they just come back.

OK (if your math is true), where does that stack up vs the top teams in the league?

LOL.

Toronto (18-26) v. Chicago (21-23) - 5/19/19 - 1:10 PM
It's much easier to win games hitting HRs. We just don't hit enough of them. Especially with that middle of the lineup we send out there.

Toronto (18-26) v. Chicago (21-23) - 5/19/19 - 1:10 PM
And the misplay there is costly.

The obligatory Hot Dog Timmy mis-play.

Toronto (18-26) v. Chicago (21-23) - 5/19/19 - 1:10 PM
With Alonso, Sanchez, and Castillo in this lineup to go along with the parade of light hitting OFs we send out there each night, How the fuck are we only 2 games under .500 right now?

Yonder has achieved Adam LaRoche suck levels at this point.
