From everything I’ve heard and learned about the wheeler negotiation, I’ve always assumed 5 years 110 mil was the sign now price (not saying this is a good or bad deal). If the Sox are pushing to get a deal done now, I do kinda think the numbers cited in the Japanese source actually do make sense...

No doubt. I’ve been checking way too much and have really talked myself into wanting wheeler. I personally really think it happens. Just a matter of when. FYI, I do think people have sources. For example, a good friend of mine works for an NFL team and I get info all the time (I just use it for my fantasy football team lol). I don’t think people are posting them on twitter.
