I feel like that poster has some sort of semblance of inside info, but am not 100% Sure. If Boston likes our prospects though I’m intrigued with a betts gamble. Maybe that was the piece Hahn was talking about being tempting at the winter meetings (and making sure the move lined up with our window)

Here is my common sense take on this. I actually think we are in on price. I think this deal allows Boston to pitch in more salary back in whatever trade we work with them.

Yes, and I’m not going to pretend to know bc I don’t. Thought it was interesting. I have no idea what the Sox are trying to do. Tampa only does trades they’re clearly winning so I’d be skeptical to do a deal with them...

So take this with a huge grain of salt. I live in Tampa. I have a close friend that works for the rays. Nothing about the white Sox and rays, but snell could be had for the right price. I’m connecting the dots.
