I live in the Grand Rapids MI area and these storms in Detroit went through here this morning. Very slow moving system so it could be awhile before it ends in Det. Ozzie has to sit Crede for a couple games. That last AB was so bad. He isn't even getting one good swing per at bat.

When Bmac throws that nasty curve for strikes he is very tough. His last outing he was not doing that and tonight he is. Big difference.

I say McCarthy is pitching very, very well tonight.

As much as I hate to say it I feel the Sox are going to get swept by the hated Tigers. Call it 30 yr White Sox fan intuition or call me an idiot but i feel this team is hitting the wall right now as proved by 13straight scoreless innings.. The Tigers are treating this series like the world series knowing if they are to have any chance at all they must beat the Sox now. I think MB is way overdue for a stinker of an outing and then with the kid pitching tomorrow and Garcia who seems to pitch great only in big games lately on Thursday we are looking at a sweep. The Tigers can hit the ball and the Sox are going to have to score a lot of runs to win these games. I just don't see them doing it right now.

The Sox need to put these last 2 behind them quickly and focus now on taking 2 of 3 from the Tigers. They can't dwell on these losses and let them turn into a 5 or 6 game losing streak. They are over with and now is time to get back on track. These games weren't as big as everyone wants to make them. They aren't chasing us in our Division. It was only about City bragging rights and the series ended 3-3 so nothing was proven.
