  1. Mark Prior gave up three runs and four hits in two innings Monday in his start for Single-A Peoria. Prior struck out three while throwing 44 pitches. He was working in the 80s for the most part, but he did touch 90 mph in the second inning. "In these type of situations you're looking more for how your execution was, not so much what the outcome is," Prior said. "My main priority was to throw strikes and get ahead of guys predominantly with fastballs." Prior will make at least two more rehab starts before coming off the disabled list. May. 29 - 8:49 pm et

QUOTE(Frankensteiner @ May 27, 2006 -> 07:10 PM) So who's the starting CF? Anderson can't hit and Mackowiak can't field. I'd stick with Anderson though and hope he gets out of his funk. There's really no use in playing Mackowiak because we already know he's not a viable CF option. Finley's having an OK season for a 41 year old man: .265/.344/.434. I'd take that from my #9 hitter. I'm all for leaving Anderson out in CF. He's a rookie. Let him play. Uribe is the one pissing me off. He is s*** without his defense and todya he throws another DP ball away and than can't bunt. I hope Cintron is playing tomorrow.
  5. Just got home, so didn't read thread. Anyone else think Ryan was balking the entire time JD was on 1st in the 10th? 3 pitches in a row he never once came to a complete stop in the stretch.

  12. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ May 26, 2006 -> 06:32 PM) You know, I think the Skydome has the most rounded field shape I've ever seen on Gameday. I hate watching games on TV that are played at Rodgers Centre and Tropicana. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
