First JJ Reddick, than Esteban Loaiza, and now... Triple-A Durham's B.J. Upton was arrested early Friday morning in North Carolina and charged with driving while intoxicated. Upton was stopped at 3:30 a.m. for traveling 51 mph in a 30 mph zone. He flunked a Breathalyzer test when he registered a .11 blood-alcohol level, higher than the legal limit of .08. Didn't really set the season up, unless it will mostly be Vince dealing with stardom and Ari's financial problems. I'm glad it is back. The one thing I really hate is that I have to wait a week for the next one.
