QUOTE (bmags @ Feb 2, 2016 -> 09:19 AM) Yeah I'm actually excited for American Crime Story. I'm hearing great stuff. Ditto. Not sure what took so long for something like this to get made.

Videos or articles from Fox News don't belong in the democratic thread.

QUOTE (fathom @ Feb 1, 2016 -> 11:10 PM) Both Showtime Sunday shows were poor this past week. Billions seemed to try too hard to be edgy. Shameless just has too many dumb story lines. I've never laughed so hard at a guy helplessly burning to death.

Bret Hart has prostate cancer.

If you told me I'd have a love scene with Audrey Plaza, I wouldn't care how bad the movie would be.

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Jan 31, 2016 -> 05:44 PM) http://www.marketwatch.com/story/ted-cruzs...1?siteid=yhoof2 This is pretty hilarious...Cruz' daughter rejecting a hug from him. Is she autistic or something? Odd behavior if not.

QUOTE (farmteam @ Jan 31, 2016 -> 10:53 PM) It doesn't know what type of show it wants to be yet. The extended dog s*** scene early on was unnecessary to prove Rhoads' brand of righteousness, if that's what it was going for. And there's too many sorta peripheral characters too soon. Sometimes feels like it's try too hard, also. The "ass to mouth" scene comes to mind. I like it so far, but it needs to tighten up. I have last nights on DVR and I am just not up for watching it. I'll put it one when I'm cleaning or something and see if I hear anything interesting. I just want a faster pace like Shameless. Seems like it is a topic that Showtime could have gone out of the box with.

Saw some people RTing Kaplan and he was complaining about Scott's inclusion all night. Then called people over sensitive. Pot calling kettle black. I didn't know who John Scott was before this, the game means nothing, and it brought a nice story to the NHL. What was the harm?

The amount of empty seats at the pro bowl should tell the NFL something. Name players as a Pro Bowler but ditch the game.

QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Jan 31, 2016 -> 04:26 PM) Calvin Johnson retiring Saw this rumored a few weeks ago. Not sure if this applies to him but this CTE stuff will definitely make guys think about extending their careers longer than they have to.

Before the SAG awards last night, I told him to watch because they will overload the winners with diversity to show up The Academy. And while most of the awards given to the black actors were TV, Idris Elba was a statement in my opinion. I haven't seen Beasts of No Nation yet but its obvious he should have been nominated but the only real snub I could think of.

So tough to follow the Australian Open. DIdn't really see much except Serena rolling over my gf, Maria, and only because it was played at a reasonable time here. Shocked Serena lost in finals.

QUOTE (ypres @ Jan 30, 2016 -> 09:01 AM) Hey, guys, its me again. So, I have a new GF who just got out of a relationship but she wants to keep things slow. Which is fine, I don't really have a whole lot of experience in the dating scene. I guess I am wondering about what not to do too early to make sure I don't overstep any boundaries. Thanks. Anal.

QUOTE (Brian @ Jan 28, 2016 -> 08:17 PM) Was recommended to watch "The Seven Five" on Showtime. Documentary about one of NY dirtiest cop ever. Holy cow, that was crazy good.

You, Me, &The Apocalypse wasn't bad. Rob Lowe steals it

QUOTE (pittshoganerkoff @ Jan 29, 2016 -> 06:11 AM) Or maybe he already has.

QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Jan 28, 2016 -> 10:26 PM) Yeah, he really hasn't been great. Below average although he has been better lately. He hasn't been great but to call him below average is ridiculous.

Not that it mattered by why was Tate on the floor on last play?

Wow. Two bad possessions by both teams.

Looks like foot on line. Not that it was definite on any replays.

Gregg's friend, Barry Hinson, cost us a game tonight.

I would drive to California and sabotage any BTTF tv show or movie remake.

I got it to work!

QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Jan 27, 2016 -> 09:55 AM) Yea there is a USB option you can select (I have the touch screen so that's all I'm familiar with), for me is the last option on the first entertainment page on the right hand side. On the phone or on the car screen?
