One of the things I hate about working in customer service is that a member can write an email complaining about you, totally fabricate the facts and make stuff up, and to have a supervisor take it as fact without hearing your side. I took some responsibility for the event that occured but it pisses me off that people just make stuff up and I have to take all the heat.

I fell asleep during the 4th OT. I'm getting old.

Don't think people realize how big of a deal it is that Bruno is going I to the HOF. It actually legitimizes the recognition and I believe should be taken seriously. As cheap as it would be, Savage must go in next year as well. If they ever invest in an actual location and do it right, you could have a real attraction.
