I respect the unions belief that they should be reimbursed for having to work longer hours now, but 19% increase seems extreme. I don't really know much about this stuff so I am sure there is more to it than what we know.

I only really follow Big Ten football, not a college football fan, and these games are indeed hard to watch. Not fun watching Michigan miss tackles or get juked by ball carriers. Bowl season will be ugly.

Maybe Reed should become a slider first pitcher and use his fastball less? Who knows. I know it was shaky yesterday but in his defense, it should have been a 1-2-3 inning. He is still developing the closer mentality to have to pitch over mistakes. If we made Brett the closer, I wouldn't complain, but I don't think Reed has been as bad as people think. How many lockdown guys are there? Kimbrel? Rodney?
