  1. QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Sep 18, 2012 -> 06:14 PM) A's strike first!! Looked like an easy first for Max, than poof.
  2. Every time I tried a Survivor Pool, I was always out by week 4.
  3. Started lifting again for the first time since my surgery on April. Embarassed as to how little I can bench for now.
  4. Reed has to start his slider on the outside portion and let it cut out of the zone, hoping guys swing and flail. When he tries inside, it always ends up hanging and down the middle. Like others say, he is a rookie and learning while on a winning team. Gonna be some bumps.
  5. QUOTE (Cali @ Sep 18, 2012 -> 02:38 AM) Dodgers 8-13 since the big trade, losing 4.5 games in the standings to SF. A-Gon hit a homer in his first AB as a Dodger and hasn't hit once since. Love it haha. The baseball gods can be fickle... I can't believe trading for big contracts of underperforming players from a 4th place team hasn't helped them as much yet.
  6. QUOTE (La Marr Hoyt HOF @ Sep 17, 2012 -> 10:02 PM) Wise won the game for us, so there's that...... He tied the game for us and he's lucky the bullpen showed up with an attitude or else he'd be the goat.
  7. And I'd like to say that I'm loving this lengthy Punk run. He is taking on a variety of different challengers and he has been over the whole time. Not too mention he has quality matches every time. Much better than a new champ every month.
  8. I take pride in my defense at 1B in softball.
  9. I think the season should be called and the Lombardi trophy handed to SF.
  10. QUOTE (WHarris1 @ Sep 17, 2012 -> 04:11 PM) Too many hands in the cookie jar, just ride Meyers... Agreed. Hope we're wrong....
  11. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Sep 17, 2012 -> 04:05 PM) WTF just happened for us on gamecast Dunn flew out to warning track, Beckham tagged to score, but dumbass Wise got thrown out at 3rd before Gordon got home and Gordon was hustling.
  12. I know he has struggled lately but Myers has proven to be able to close. Throws strikes and works fast. I'd go to him if Reed flounders.
  13. QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Sep 17, 2012 -> 03:31 PM) A cushion? Lately we've needed the whole sofa /spit take
  14. Hope that's the last time we see Cabrera this year.
