  1. QUOTE(Rex Kickass @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 08:15 PM) Did anyone notice that they hired an interior designer named Gay? Yah for a minute I was like, welll hmmmmmm she can't be that conservative.
  2. QUOTE(Rex Kickass @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 07:35 PM) Is Dean still involved with DFA? no http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Democracy_for_America http://www.democracyforamerica.com/aboutdfa.php
  3. QUOTE(JUGGERNAUT @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 07:28 PM) I'm not sure I'd agree. I've got to look at the other options. Opp were only hitting .186 against that guy at home. Project that on to the .200 for LH, .238 for RH & it's much worse. You definitely wanted a RH bat in that spot. Blum is awful, you don't pinch hit one awful player for another.
  4. QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 07:25 PM) Konerko is the only guy on this team who isn't a quitter. Rowand's no quitter but he sucks.
  5. QUOTE(GreatScott82 @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 07:18 PM) WAKE UP GUYS!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!! WE NEED THIS WIN! WHats with the half ass swings? half brain swings
  6. QUOTE(southsideirish71 @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 07:14 PM) This is the worst offense we have had in a long f***ing time. Another walk. Can someone get a f***ing hit. Just a f***ing hit, maybe two. 8 f***ing walks. Reminds me of those 1-0 losses when Loaiza was pitching.
  7. Ozzie you are insane, Blum prove me wrong.

  9. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 06:37 PM) Just like that one guy has been for us. Ya know, that, um, guy we brought up to help the team. That, firey new-blood at the trade-deadline to help give the offense a spark. That guy. We didn't get Roberto this year.
  10. QUOTE(NUKE_CLEVELAND @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 05:53 PM) You're surprised by this?!? They havent done s*** the whole second half. talkin' about the cleveland game
  11. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 05:51 PM) Kazmir just walked 3 straight, time to see what a good hitting team does. nothing.
  12. QUOTE(GreatScott82 @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 05:14 PM) Tampa needs to score ALOT to win. If they can pull a KC and score 6,7 runs/game then they can possibly be a spoiler. They do have Kazmir out on the mound tonight.
  13. QUOTE(JUGGERNAUT @ Sep 27, 2005 -> 04:54 PM) I disagree. As it plays out the Dem & liberal groups as well as the messenger are painted as being more radical & extreme in thinking. This only helps in giving moderates another reason to vote for conservatives. What I find of interest the most in all this is that it appears the Dems & liberals in general have lost enough credibility with the American people of late to where they have to rally behind any newsworthy person regardless of circumstance or background just to get their message heard. Are there really any serious democrats rallying around her, and what you don't think George has lost credibility among the American people? http://search.huffingtonpost.com/mt/mt-sea...earch=karl+rove Democrats don't seem to have enough balls to do anything that would risk them losing their credibility, that's why they're stuck with their 49% of the popular vote.

  16. QUOTE(hi8is @ Sep 26, 2005 -> 11:25 PM) i think that this picture should be posted in everyone of the visitors lockers I think I see the virgin mary!
  17. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Sep 25, 2005 -> 11:43 PM) I'm not going to stick up for Dr. Babbs in any way, shape or form. But I do need to point out a sleight-of-hand by Drudge in play here that is showing up with increasing frequency. The initial assertion was that more intense AND more frequent tropical storm systems can be expected if current warming trends continue. Drudge (or wherever this originated) then rattled off a litany of intense storms occurring over the last 60 years, but he declined to take on the frequency issue. If you're wondering why, just take a look at the level of tropical activity over the past 15 years. Whether it's an upswing in activity as part of a natural long-term cyclic phenomenon, or whether something else is going on, the last 15 years have been rocking in the tropics. Ugh John Gibson of the always fair and balanced fox news reiterated this same argument in his "My Word" session entitled "How did centuries of Category 5 hurricanes happen when the globe wasn't warm?". I admit this Hurricane stuff might not have anything to do with Global Warming but Drudge and Gibson's arguments are nearly as flimsy as Streisand's.
  18. QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ Sep 26, 2005 -> 10:12 PM) My buddy sent me this. It is pretty dumb but it is very addictive. Anyways, lemme know what you guys think.... http://www.izpitera.ru/lj/tetka.swf Pretty much same thing but with Bush. http://www.planetdan.net/pics/misc/georgie.htm
