here's an update... I'm a 24 y.o. with an active social life. I love going out and having a few drinks. I like having sex with my girlfriend. And as of monday I have two jobs. You figure out where making sigs rates against that, and you'll know how far along I am on your sig.

Indiana goes down at home to Iowa.... They were lucky to get to overtime, and even luckier to get to double OT.

The one thing I didn't highlight was foulke never really developed a third pitch here. In fact he became truly effective here when he dropped to only two pitches. Foulke has again begun throwing a cutter/slider (and is much more effective with it than he was in a WS uni). Cotts has 3 good pitches, and we're loaded with lefties in the pen. (marte, Wunsch, Munoz-- are all filthy) He's definately going to be a starter for us.

He may not have the control yet to be an everyday ML starter, but everything I need to know about the guy, I saw in the first at-bat of the futures game. Cotts fell behind on a couple close pitches, then worked inside and outside, changing speeds for the next ten pitches, (an incredible at-bat) before giving up a single. I knew then, even giving up that hit, that he could pitch. He then quickly sat down the next three guys in order. Once he's comfortable, and ready with the command, he's going to be a great asset to this club.

That's the funniest statement I've heard all week. First of all Chicken McNuggets are made from a substance that doesn't occur naturally in the environment. How do you think they get all those uniform shapes? Them put some chicken flavored stuff in a blender and make a chicken sluree then pour them into molds and deep fry 'em. The act of actually trying to replicate these things, while maintaining both health and flavor is laughable.

I've Played a cople of times. Once in college, the dorm setting. And once With a large group of friends and co-workers/patrons of a bar/restreaunt.... The secod one had to get called off because we were getting too underhanded. And there was one point when a bunch of us were out for drinks after work, and one girl who was obviously drunk, ran out on her tab and hopped in her car to get away from an assassin. That pretty much ended the game.
