Hawk would have been fired already for all the cuss words with the terrible umps this season. that wasn’t even close. they killed a rally in the first game with one of the worst strike 3 calls I’ve seen on Grandal.

I thought that was way gone! Billy’s speed comes through again! Defense omggggg, despite though Lynn looks really good!

TA is by far the vocal leader of this team. Jose just does his thing every night and leads by example. Never see him complain. Loved seeing Billy having a big game. Speed is fun. TA just has so much swagger and confidence and it’s infectious.

What happened to Goodwin?! Was he not available this series?

Also a little off topic.... Its sad when umps don’t even know the rules. Also in the cardinals game, starting pitcher Kim for STL allowed first two on, so the cardinals sent JUST their interpreter out to the mound to discuss infield defense between Kim/teammates. He then loaded the bases with no outs, and Maddux came out to the mound to talk to Kim and the umps allowed him too. Then Mets manager Rojas threw a fit and in the rules it says that a translator can not come on the field without a coach. So then the umps went to replay, and since they already allowed Maddux to the mound before checking the rules they allowed Kim to stay in the game instead of pulling him out.

Watching the Cardinals game and they were talking about the fact that TLR didn’t know the rules today in extras. Laughing Stock

Agreed! The energy he brought alone combined with the young guys would have been fun. He actually gave the pitchers life when he went to the bump not just *mumble mumble mumble* Sometimes I swear TLR goes out there and says nothing when he takes the ball ?.

Would have loved to see Ozzies energy managing this team.

Blacked out watching this game tonight here in Toledo on mlb.tv so got the radio on and watching around the league. Vlad Jr has 3 homers tonight. 2 off Scherzer. Grand Slam to left, Solo to center, 2 run shot to right. He’s hitting .360 now with 7 homers. 5 errors.....4 Double Play balls.....Inexcusable. (Could easily be 6 errors with that Yermin single)

TA saves a run. For Miggys struggles the past few years he is still a career .318 hitter. That’s insane.

That guy Trout is pretty good.... My goodness

He has been pretty darn good to start this season. Just going about his business and actually LEADS the team in RBIs with 18! Solid pickup so far and taking advantage with runners on base!
