I still think that TLR should be calling for more hit and runs. Sox are hitting many ground balls and into many double plays. Hit and runs also also open more holes in the infield. Double plays are rally killers.

When we had chances with Cole in the first few innings, we hit into 4 double plays. You think we would try at least a hit and run or steal attempt, avoid DP and get the Yankees defense moving. At the end of the day, Cole threw 10 ground outs and 1 fly ball. TLR should have known better.

He is a swinger.he does not like to walk. As a lead off hitter, he should take his walks when available, specially against elite pitchers like Cole.

TLR has Marshallin for 2 innings but uses Kopech for only one inning. How do you explain that.?

Madrigal is one of our worse base runners. He has been thrown out several times with bad running plays.
