  1. Agree. Hahn needs to have a chat with TLR and bring in him up to reality with constructive criticism and feedback. Something needs to change.
  2. I still think that TLR should be calling for more hit and runs. Sox are hitting many ground balls and into many double plays. Hit and runs also also open more holes in the infield. Double plays are rally killers.
  3. Wasn’t Kopech available?
  4. And our manager does a better job managing the bullpen.....
  5. Like Yesterday 2-1 loss.
  6. Message should be don’t let Ramirez and/or Reyes beat you. Should have learned that lesson last season with Ramirez.
  7. Disagree. He could have call for hit and runs or steal attempts instead of hitting into 4 double plays, when we got runners earlier on Cole.
  8. McCann is hitting .201 with the Mets with 1 homer,if it makes you feel better.
  9. He also stayed away and allowed 3 homers to the Royals to RF with wind blowing out. Doesn’t any coaches or TLR talk to Grandal or all pitches from the dugout? Also called fastballs to Sano and 3 homers resulted.
  10. When we had chances with Cole in the first few innings, we hit into 4 double plays. You think we would try at least a hit and run or steal attempt, avoid DP and get the Yankees defense moving. At the end of the day, Cole threw 10 ground outs and 1 fly ball. TLR should have known better.
  11. Leury also took the wrong route.
  12. We need more hit and runs and attempted steals. This also open holes with infielders covering. We cannot wait for the 3 run homer with this team.
  13. Hey TLR how about a hit and run or a base steal attempt. Double play after double play. Sox are mostly a ground ball hitting team. Roll the dice please. Make the defense also open holes.
  14. Not exactly. You have Moncada and Grandal with the short porch in RF, you have Abreu, Anderson and Yermin with some pop, and Vaughn and Eaton once in a while.
  15. He is a swinger.he does not like to walk. As a lead off hitter, he should take his walks when available, specially against elite pitchers like Cole.
  16. TLR has Marshallin for 2 innings but uses Kopech for only one inning. How do you explain that.?
  17. Madrigal is one of our worse base runners. He has been thrown out several times with bad running plays.
  18. Anyone else in the bullpen is better thanMarshall and his 6+ ERA.
  19. Then TLR should have brought Heuer in the 9th after the first base hit given up by our worse reliever Marshall.
  20. From our worst reliever at that.
  21. Marshall should have been the last option.
  22. Still Marshall is our worst reliever with an ERA over 6. This was One of the worse TLR decisions of many. I thought Ventura and Ricky were terrible managing the bullpen but TLR is even worse.
  23. Marshall is our worst reliever nowadays with an ERA over 6. Should have been our last option. Even Ruiz is better and should be added to the list above. Another brutal TLR decision, wasting Rodon masterpiece.
  24. Old timers like TLR want to ban the shift. It did not exist in the20th century.
  25. TLR is awful. Marshall pitching in the 9th is almost unbelievable. He has an ERA over 6. He has been our worst reliever lately. TLR wasted Rodon masterful pitching. What a shame. I also did not like not playing Grandal and his .400 OBP. Collins against a lefty has no chance. We had to go all out on this game with Cole pitching tomorrow.
