We should call out TLR mistakes. Tonight: - Hitting Eaton 5th. - throwing Yermin under the bus in public. - letting Cano beat him. Bummer should have never been allowed to throw Cano a fastball/all sliders even if he walks him. Give Cano the Barry Bonds treatment. - Should have started the 9th with Hendricks, who practically never walks any one. Bummer went to 3 balls and had to lay a cookie. Why save Hendricks for the10th., when there was a chance of losing in the 9th.

Agree 150%. Bummer threw him a fast ball strike. He should have thrown only sliders. Don’t let Cano beat you.

I don’t understand why would Bummer throw a fast ball to Cano. Just throw sliders even if you walk him.

TLR should do this more often. Sox hit into many double plays as it is now. Sox hit many ground balls.

I am glad there were no men on base. Sox need to keep piling runs. They are now leaving runs on the table with poor execution.

Sox defense is the weakest part of the team. Sox are second to last in defense in the AL. You have to hold your breadth in many plays.

When are we getting Engel back? That would help a lot!

Vanover hurt the Sox with bad meaningful calls. He must have been getting tips and training from Angel Hernandez.

Home plate umps in this series have been terrible. Today Vanover missed at least 4 strikes thrown by Rodon. Angel Hernandez Memorial Award for Vanover tonight.

Need to hit more fly balls to right field, and maybe some will go out of the park. KC has killed us with 3 fly balls to RF that just went out of the park. Don’t let Salvador Perez beat us again with 3 run homers to right.

Hope TLR has learned the lesson that you have to go all out to score in the 10th inning or you lose. No way you run Leury and throw away an out in the 10th. No way you do not pinch hit for Billy Hamilton who is hitting .130. No way you run Hendriks. These were not Hall of Fame moves.

Sox have the most blown saves in MLB. Not sure in how many there was bullpen mismanagement by TLR , but I am sure he was a factor in some of them.

TLR lost this game for the Sox in extras. Running Hendricks by mistake, possibly winding him or hurting him. Sending Leury for a steal with Hendriks at 3rd who was not going To try to score and Hamilton at the plate unlikely to hit into a double play. He could have also pinch hit for Hamilton who was horrid at the plate. Didn’t even need to leave Hendriks in the game. Had other relievers available and would have had a faster runner at 2 nd and no chance for the blunder. The game nowadays is just too fast for an old guy like TLR. Made me remember when TLR left Foster in for a 7 run inning and left Giolito out to dry in another game. This guy is costing the Sox too many games!

Hope that Robert was doing right stretching before games, as this is the main prevention of hip flexor strains.
