Stephenson helps us with our issue with hitting LHP. If Teel does come back, would love to see a scenario where they platoon. Could also give Teel some at bats at DH to ease him back in. Stephensons career numbers are good against left handers, although this year they are really bad. Important to note this year's sample size vs lefties is really small. Also, the metrics indicate a lot of it is down to bad luck.

I follow the Mets as they are my local NYC team. This is a really good trade. And it means we can start using Taylor as our closer. We've flipped Dominguez and replaced him with someone we can actually use in high leverage situations.

I really would put Holmes in this category. I really rate him. Detmers is my number one choice but is clear that the Angels are delusional when it comes to both where they are as a club and asking price.
