i wonder if Ozzie is trying to make us like the Marlins of last year? A LOT of speed with Harris, Perez, Uribe, Rowand (and to a lesser extent Lee, Olivo, Magglio---10-20 SB capabilities). yes, the campaing *COULD* have been built better, but let's just get past that for a second. Saddam himself WAS a WMD. He is no longer in power. Us, Iraq, the Middle East, and the rest of the world is safer now b/c of it. Regimes like that are bad for the country, the region, and the world. Also, who is to say that Iraqs supposed WMDs werent shipped out? We gave them so much warning we were coming they could have easily shipped them out to Libya or Syria. Yes, they are 'IFs' but not too far fetched, right? It is known that they have had them, and based on Saddams track record, what is there to assume he actually followed the UN resloutions THIS time around? But you know, maybe he did, who knows. Also, we know the UN is reluctant to do anything. So, you're right, the campaign COULD have been built better, but it wasnt. Bush, Powell, Rumsfeld, the Senate (Kerry included) all had access to the same documents. They voted for it, and as a result Saddam is out of power, and yes, Iraq is better because of it

the Royals will not win the Central this year b/c of their pitching. Not only are they not good, but they are injury plagued too, already. I really think it will come down to us and the Twins again

Nuke, it is wrong to say you hate a group of people based on their opinions. It is the same as hating a group of people for any other reason (race, gender, etc...). Yes, it's not the same but the basic idea is. Just because you disagree with them doesnt mean you should hate them. I disagree with most of what cwsox believes politically yet i have no hatred for him. Why should i or anyone? Because he doesnt agree with me? i think Willie should get at least a shot before we remove him. ST is not indicative of how they'll hit in the regular season. It was only 3 games, but Willie played really well those last 3 games last year. I'd still like to start with Willie and give him a shot before we go to Uribe. At the very least just have them split time, although a platoon may not be good for either of them

Wing Honel Haigwood McCarthy Hummel Anderson Sweeney Rogowski Yan Schnurstein Lopez And if you look at our top 10, our top 10 could rival a lot of teams. Its just that 15 and beyond where we are lacking at the moment. But, that could very well change in a year or two
