My working theory is the timing of 2029 is basically that Isbhia is putting in the money to build the stadium and get that all done with, and once that is complete, Jerry sells off the controlling interest to him.
Bay area couldn't handle two teams because the A's made the Sox look like a well ran organization and played in possibly the worst stadium in all of sports.
So why didn't the Sox move in the last 100 years? You aren't moving a team from Chicago to Nashville. It's just not happening. MLB wouldn't let it happen, either.

Yeah I think it's really time to see if Fletcher/Julks/etc can give you anything more than Palacios. Rojas/Capra should also go for Sosa and Baldwin.
Whoever doesn't get to replace Palacios will replace Tauchman and Taylor when they are moved.
