Sox punching themselves in the balls, as usual.

Enjoy. I'd rather watch the Sox punch themselves in the balls than watch a couple guys punch each other into concussion.

Yeah, that hurts.

I'm actually hearing chants of "let's go White Sox!" on the Brewer's broadcast.

Unfortunately, this may not be a joke when Getz is involved.

Sox @ Brewers 3/28 6:10PM
Still way too early. He's still one of the most talented players on this team, but that's not saying much.

Well, look on the bright side. They're not getting no-hit tonight.

This team doesn't even play fundamental baseball. This has been the case for several seasons. The payroll can't be blamed. The player moves can't be excused. This organization is criminally bad.

Now you can be mad at him.

That's inexcusable.

How many times am I gonna say 'Ugh' tonight?

Sox @ Brewers 3/28 6:10PM
Not even the basics. Catch the fly ball. Hit the cut off man. Ugh.

Getz has assembled an excellent AA-AAA team with few exceptions this year. Too bad the Sox didn't open their season against the Mets, who would have set a team record for most runs scored on opening day. Don Luis went 2-4 with 2 RBI, but looked absolutely horrible in his last AB - swinging K. I'll be rooting for the Sox every game, of course, but it's going to be a long, painful season. Again.

White Sox win draft lottery, will pick #1 in 2026
Sox will pick #1, then Getz will trade him for 3 prospects who will never make it past AA.

LUIS ROBERT TRADED
Let me get this straight. Getz traded our most talented player, a 5-tool (now 4-tool?) star CF who can’t seem to hit for avg anymore but still has HR power (Robert Jr.). In exchange, the Sox get a promising Single-A pitcher (Pauley) and a highly rated, rookie 2B who doesn’t hit for avg but may have some power (Acuna), despite having signed rookie starting 2B (Meidroth) the previous season. Then Getz spent Robert’s $20 million salary on an avg WAR (0.0) pitcher (Dominquez). He also let go one of our best hitters (Tauchman), who last year was tied for 2nd with team position players in WAR (1.9) at a bargain salary. I doubt Getz’ competence.

Robert Thread: Sox talking to Reds, Mets
I'm glad they picked up his contract. He's still my favorite player on the team right now. I hope he regains his all star form. I am also excited about Montgomery.

Makes me sick to have that thought pass through my mind. Again.

9/20 Sox vs. Padres 6:10 PM
After failing to put his body in front of a bounced pitch, Teel mouths "slow down." Ellard thinks, "learn to catch."

I expect you've all noticed this, but Teel is a horrible defensive catcher. Just needed to say it.

White Sox @ Detroit; Smith vs Flaherty 5:40pm CST
Just checking in. Happy to see Dominic Fletcher is back. I liked watching him last year.
