Mr. Zero: Man From The Future?
It's nice to laugh about something that isn't my brackets....

Who should be the 5th starter?
I agree w/ witesoxfan....... I like Wright in the rotation....Grilli is having a decent spring also, and has a great upside to him. Let's keep him on the roster, and put him in the pen, at the least.....
-
Sox option 4 out of camp
If we knew we could get him signed up...I'd do it. However, Washburn is only making $5M....Koch alone is making more than that.....

NCAA Day One
I was 12-4 I had Arizona, MSU, SIU, and Bama going one more round.

Damn...trying to go w/ the upsets today is killing me... I went w/ Western Mich, Utah, and South Carolina pulling off upsets today......

bullpen
Danny Wright and his demeanor in this pic reminds me of Strong Sad of Homestar Runner in this picture.....

bullpen
We could use it to our advantage. If we're scared, what is the hitter thinking? Either he'll be scared, or he'll be too busy laughing.....

It's early, but Valpo's up 10-3 w/ 16:30 to go in the first.....

Flying Under The Radar
Here's the article I promised....Tickets for the game are only $15 lower level, and $10 upper level. My friend and I are going to get tickets tomorrow! Another cool thing, Frank Thomas (No, not that one), Chris Thomas' dad, will most likely be at the game. He played many games at the Coliseum, because he was a star for North Side High School's basketball team.

I'm perfect in my SoxTalk bracket.....I think this is the only bracket I picked Bama in that 8-9 game. In all my other ones, I have SIU winning that one.

What is the best sports month?
It's a tough call, but I'll go w/ March. Baseball is starting up at all levels at this time. Basketball is just king at this time of the year...HS and College!

Flying Under The Radar
It's official!! ND and St. Louis will be here on Monday night at 7 pm. The morning paper said it was announced this morning by ND, so they don't have a post of the article on the website. I'll post an article when it becomes available this afternoon.....

Flying Under The Radar
Niiiiiice..... The Pacers just won their 50th game, the first team in the NBA to do so. They also move up 1.5 games in the race for playoff homecourt over Sacramento. Also.... There's talks that now that ND beat Purdue, and the Women's tourney is being hosted at the Joyce Center, ND would have to play their "home" game elsewhere....There's talks that the game could be here in Ft. Wayne, at the Coliseum. I'd definitely be there, it'd be St. Louis vs. ND.....

I'm pretty sure he'll be there, but AOL has an AP article that is saying Chris Duhon is a game-time decision for Duke's opening game against Alabama State.....

NCAA hoops thread
They had an article on this, and some of the recruits from in-state have said he's leaning more towards the NBA. He's probably 70-30. Smith claims it's how he does in the all-star games that will determine where he goes, but people have him going at worst 7th in the draft.

Owens to Eagles
I feel bad for McNabb....

Baltimore interested in Maggs
And that they will, if they get the opportunity. They expected to spend a whole lot more this offseason. They decided to stop spending for now, and wait for next year's FA class.

Sox A's game thread
Yeah that's why I'm not all that worried. With the exception of today, it seems we're only getting behind once we bring in the B team in.

Sox A's game thread
We could go 0-298639834 in ST for all I care. These games don't mean much of anything anymore..... Are we wearing the green St. Patty's unis?
