  1. He's due 3rd in the 8th.
  2. Let him go another inning Ricky! Only 86 pitches.
  3. I hope Lopez gets 10 K's today.
  4. It was a dumb send by Capra but I can understand it. Hopefully see if the guy throws it wide and the kid gets his first RBI.
  5. I still think he'll be non tendered but I'll never get the hate for him as a utility player. BUT, like Abreu, I feel Ricky will use him the wrong way and play him way more even with Madrigal next year.
  6. Tip your cap. Eloy got out guessed there.
  7. If Abreu is gone next season, I can see Eloy at #3 being a thing.
  8. Collins tagged from 3rd there.
  9. We all do (cept maybe Greg and ElRockin).
  10. 1st professional hit!
  11. Ricky gonna Ricky.
  12. Another great AB by Collins.
  13. Lopez looking great as well.
  14. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/mlb/2019/09/04/luis-robert-white-sox-prospect-minor-league-player-of-the-year/2204281001/ Love this quote from Vizquel. Not a doubt in my mind he would do the same with Moncada and others if he was up here. There, Vizquel installed him as the team’s leadoff hitter so he could see as many plate appearances as possible. He also gave him no restrictions on the bases. “When you are in this development period, you have to let him run all the time,” Vizquel says. “I give him the advantage to be on his own, have a green light and let him have a feel for the pitcher to see when he can run or not. Then if he made a mistake, we go talk to him about it. But you have to give him that freedom.” In 56 games at Birmingham, he stole 21 bases in 27 attempts.
  15. Watched plenty for 25+ years lol. I've seen one or the other multiple times, not one player do both. It's unbelievable actually.
  16. I don't think I've ever seen a plauer cost his own teammate AND himself an RBI in a season before. I still remember him running past Timmy after his homerun.
  17. We really don't know if he was screaming him to get back or not. That's what happens when there is a language barrier. Still though that is something you learn and know in little league. Hell, I've seen my high school coach bench one of my teammates for making that mistake.
  18. I have to quote my own post again to reiterate this. That might of been the worst baserunning I've seen this season and Abreu has made some dumb ass base running mistakes all year. I still can't believe he cost Eloy an out AND an RBI. Unreal.
  19. Dude Abreu was at 3B! That is little league baseball one on one regardless if it was caught or not. He was scoring regardless. Your takes the past couple of weeks on this board (and the other board) have been terrible.
  20. And now Ricky pretty much batting deadweight #7 in the order will likely be the end of this one.
  21. You absolutely can. 0 excuses there.
  22. Eloy was robbed but that AT LEAST should ne a sacrifice fly. Abreu cost Eloy an out along with an RBI. IN FUCKING EXCUSABLE.
  23. Leury and Abreu are such dumb baseball players.
