I wish the Sox were playing the NL Central because they always kicked the crap out of the central (except for the Cardinals) there Interleague record has gotten worse since they started rotating the divisions.

I think the whole problem with the pitching is the AL Coors field that the Sox play in after all of these renovations routine flyballs are turning into homeruns where as Florida plays in one of the biggest parks in Baseball so their pitchers can keep the ball up in the zone and get away with it more often. So for the future you better hope the sox can do a better job of developing pitchers because they sure as hell will not attract any free agents.

What is it with this organization screwing with a pitchers mechanics? Is there any pitcher who can hit 95 on the radar gun in this organization? I remember reading last year Frankie Fransico was only pitching somewhere from 90 to 92 mph, then a trade happens and all of the sudden he is hitting 98. My dad always told me if is not broke don't fix it.

It was a two player keeper league and I kept Alexander and Westbrook. I drafted #8 in the first round and everyone in my league was scared about the drug trial so I was able to land Jamal Lewis at #8. I too do not like my recievers but with Harrison and Moss being kept by there owners it was pretty thin. I also drafted Stephen Jackson for the reason of trading him when Marshall Faulk gets hurt hopefully I can land a good reciever that way.

I am not worried about it they don't go to court on Sunday and his lawyers more than likely will ask for a delay till after the season

I just got home from training camp and just heard the news what a great trade, NY pays the rest of his salary and the Sox get him for the next two years. The only problem that I have heard about Contreras is that he can not pitch out of the stretch hopefully Coop can figure out what to do because this guy does have a good stuff, I remember Hawk saying he has the nastiest spiltter in the AL.
