I think Rusch has been pitching over his head thus far. I believe he will come back to earth soon. The guy the Cubs recently picked up I wish the Sox would have taken a flyer on is Ryan Dempster, yes he is hurt but he may be back in July. I always like him.

Or come in and try to pitch an inning and see how much you get shelled. See if you can beat 11 runs in 2 innings. Sheesh

I agree Maggs is as good as gone anyway. You might as well trade him and strengthen the pitching staff. Good pitching always beats good hitting anyway. Hell noone wants to trade Maggs and noone wants to trade prospects so I guess the Sox would be f***ed cause noone wants anything else the Sox have.

I think atleast KW should bring in a Bensen or the like to fill that hole in in the rotation. Yes he is not a great starter but he would hold the rotation long enough to maybe get Garcia when Seattle is ready to deal.

The worst part of it all is the Sox knew they were going to have issues with a 5th starter and like Steff said didn't do anything to remedy this issue back in the off season. So then they go to using minor leaguers who are not quite ready. The Sox basically losing every 5th start, they can't win this division. IMO

Like they were saying this morning on the Score, KW should forget about Garcia for now. The M's are said not interested in trading him until closer to the deadline. Sox can't wait that long, they need help ASAP. Hopefully KW has a Plan B.

If I remember correctly the Marlins elected to let Grilli go so the Sox got to keep him without paying anything, except the initial $25,000 or $50,000 whatever it was.

Hopefully KW is getting just as sick of this BS as we all are. Hopefully he will pull a trade or 2. I think this team needs a little kick in the ass to get it going again.

I think if the Sox can go out and make a big trade they can add Jon(Judy) Garland in to a trade then they should, like for Zito or so. I am sick of this he is going to get it s***. He is a major head case who scares the s*** out of himself everytime he has a baserunner on.
