  1. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 26, 2005 -> 03:07 PM) It's not from Hinrich to Duhon, it's more Hinrich to Pike If that's the case it's a gain. It should be hinrich to gordon actually. But he is a pansy and has no stamina. The reason i said hinrich to duhon is because they both handle the ball more than anyone else on the team and stats prove that duhon is the better ''pure'' point guard.
  2. In all honesty i don't think we lose that much from hinrich to duhon. But from duhon to pargo? :puke I like hinrich but he is overated some.
  3. Well payton ripped pargo a new asshole and like i said they were able to post up at will against us but were not dropping their shots. Maybe that is partially the defense maybe that is also because they were partially off? Am i the only one that wants us to get the sixth seed and nothing else? The sixth seed is our best shot at getting out of the first round of the playoffs. Frank williams? He is fat and blows and cannot be extremely hot like pargo is at times. All in all nice win though.
  4. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 23, 2005 -> 11:07 PM) Yeah I just saw Mike Dunleavys nipple. Did you get aroused?
  5. QUOTE(witesoxfan @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 05:24 PM) I wouldn't. Steroids or not, McGwire and Sosa saved baseball in '98 with their home run chase. And, steroids or not, Bonds is still the only 500-500 player in the history of the game, and probably will be the only one...though I suppose I can't say that for sure. I would rather there be no baseball than cheaters. But maybe this is just me. I know they will be in the hallf of fame but asteriks really should be included. Even though selig is against it.
  6. QUOTE(Jabroni @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 04:02 PM) Do you guys just quote what sports talk radio says? Facts? Who needs them.
  7. QUOTE(SoxFanForever @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 11:45 AM) Like I said, I wasn't going after anyone here specifically at all. Just the majority of people who have been fair weather fans since Illinois has had a great season. I wouldn't rip on you like that because I know you are a big time fan. Fair weather fans blow. Look no farther than the bulls this season.
  8. You know the game is bad when cirillo gets hits.
  9. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 01:46 PM) Making us Sox fans proud. :headshake What did he say wrong? He just said what a lot of us were thinking.
  10. QUOTE(JimH @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 04:13 PM) Thing is, Davis is one hell of a lot more proven as a major league catcher than Burke is. Burke is a perfect 25th man. Me, I'd rather keep an experienced 28 year old catcher vs. two guys who have been around for a long time, play an in demand position, yet only can get non roster invites. I think there's a reason for that. They have catching depth (finally), so many on this board are looking to deplete it. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Again, some of you guys are way too influenced by 1/2 of a season. PS - I like Burke a lot. And Widger. No, i am not going by what burke has done in the majors at all. That would be retarded to do so. I think he is more like a .250-.27- hitter in the majors. I am not for trading davis but i can see he sucks. With him it will always be about that ''potential'' or lack there of...
  11. QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 03:41 PM) You knew Duhon would be starting and playing as much as he has? Damn, you're good. Duhon is obviously taking up a lot of minutes that we brought him in for, and rightfully so. He also could have been a little more useful when Deng went down, but a rookie, and better player, got those minutes too. I guess we brought "it" to warm the bench. What a great 11th man to have... Um, you thought we were gonna go with pargo, williams, or gordon as are starting point guard/shooting guard? Did check out some other teams eleventh man? You don't know how many teams would love to have pike.
  12. QUOTE(JimH @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 03:55 PM) Again, if Pierzynski goes down and the White Sox are looking at either Chris Widger or Jamie Burke as the #1 guy, we are in trouble. So if pierz gets hurt and we are stuck with davis/widger or davis/burke we are better off than widger burke? I disagree.
  13. Rowand really needs to improve on picking the ball up. He runs past it or bobbles it way too often for my liking.
  14. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 02:37 PM) CRAIG KRENZEL Dave krynzel.
  15. This should be ammusing considering all of their guards can post up on the bulls at will. Also, the bulls best perimiter defender ( hinrich) will be out again.
  16. QUOTE(aboz56 @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 02:11 PM) Hmm, so that means I see Lee Vs. Contreras when I go. Could be a high scoring game. Lee should be alright until the second half of the season...
  17. Pedro+national league= sub 3.25 era with an awesome whip. This is if he does not get injured of course.
  18. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 10:38 AM) We're simese twins Yes, just ask ranger cal we live together.
  19. QUOTE(KevHead0881 @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 12:46 PM) That would have to be the case. Although, he should have probably been on there regardless. A 21 yr old who lead the minors in strike outs is not amongst the top 100 prospects in baseball? Not much sense there. I thought it was a top fifty list?
  20. QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 03:45 AM) His 4.5 PPG have blown me away... You apparently have no clue what he was brought it for.
