He’s been declared Player of the Day in my local newspaper (The Times). I don’t know if I’m the only one that’s noticed this but he’s been Player of the Day for the last two days. Congratulations Frank

Be patient. I know Crede will wake up and start swinging the bat. Look at Frank Thomas. He started off pretty slow but these past two days he’s been declared Player of the Day. I know Joe can do the same. Probably not hit doubles all of the time but he’ll come back.
  3. Go Sox!
  4. HE GAWN! To the top of the 3rd we go.
  5. Loaiza has to calm down. Once he does that the bottom of the innings would go a lot quicker. BTW, how many innings do you all think Loaiza will pitch?

No doubt about it. He is hot right now and if anyone tries to touch him he'll explode.

  8. Miguel Olivo in 3rd base. All Perez has to do is hit a single and the Sox will have the early lead.
  9. That’s what I wanted. Take advantage of that walk and go all the way to home base. Joe Crede grounds into a DP but gets an RBI.
  10. Hope Willie will be able to play in this series. We really need him.
  11. A walk. The Sox better take advantage of it.
  12. Thank God. This inning is finally over.
  13. What the fudge is going on!? 2-0 Minnesota.
  14. Way to go! That double play just made the inning a lot shorter.
  15. Dammit... a single.
  16. I heard that too, If I’m not mistaking (and I hope I am) it might have been Ozzie saying that.
  17. Damn, a double play. :fyou Minnesota.
  18. Big Frank with a single. Timo in second. Come on Lee.
  19. I voted for A Starting Pitcher. Yes, we have some solid pitching but like El Caballo said; “We CANNOT lose every 5th day."

Who doesn't? If the Sox do sweep the Twins, Minnesota will be two games behind first place B)
  21. I may view Troy and Van Helsing tomorrow night. A summer sequel that I’m really looking forward is Spider Man 2.

The way our offense was hitting yesterday (those 2 out RBI’s) we have a pretty good chance of having a split. Yes, I know the Sox have done poorly after scoring more than 9 the day before but these guys can once again hit the ball tonight. Just look at our batters. We have a good chance of winning here. You never know, we might end up winning this 4 game series.
  23. Who doesn’t want him back? I hope to see both Willie and Maggs playing Minnesota tonight but it may not be possible. Hope their okay.
  24. Of course everyone is going to watch. Well... at least I am.
  25. Scott will see that the offense not only comes to save Buehrle for a win, but for him too. Now we have to see this kind of offense for Loaiza.
