I think I'd be disappointed with a split. We need to go up there with a chip on our shoulder and kick some ass. Show them who's boss! They've owned us the last few years and did last weekend as well. We need to come out of there up 2 games or tied for 1st.

I would call a split, a win. Yeah you want to win the series, but going up to that hellhole against a team that always finds a way to win, not losing the series is the most important thing. We need to be winning the series at HOME.

Also take into account a split would include a game with Neal Cotts making his first start of the year.

A split would be a split, and a very nice result. I really wish we didn't pound out 15 runs yesterday, it seems like it always takes a team 2 or 3 games to recover and score more than 2.

A split wouldn't be a win, but then it wouldn't be a loss.......a split's a split. But in this case, I'd be satisfied w/ a split.

A split at the Metrodome where we have done so poorly the last few years would be acceptable, if not ideal. It would be nice to gain a game on them if not two by the end of the weekend though.

Split=lost. ONLY BECAUSE we lost the series at home. We need to prove that we can beat those idiots at their house. This is a statement series and if we dont take three i'll be very worried for the rest of the year.

The way our offense was hitting yesterday (those 2 out RBI’s) we have a pretty good chance of having a split. Yes, I know the Sox have done poorly after scoring more than 9 the day before but these guys can once again hit the ball tonight. Just look at our batters. We have a good chance of winning here. You never know, we might end up winning this 4 game series.

I'm just not ready to call it a season if we don't take 3 of the games this weekend. My calendar still shows almost 4 and a half months left in the season, and a dozen games left with Minny after Sunday.
