  1. That mets game thread link is even more incredible
  2. I almost didn't want him to run on that wild pitch.
  3. Holy f*** he hammered that. And he's not quick like a cat ill say that much
  4. QUOTE (OmarComing25 @ Jun 1, 2016 -> 04:28 PM) https://www.reddit.com/r/NewYorkMets/commen...2_june_01_2016/ And now The Mets will walk to him, and they will battle the White Sox to the death. Orange and blue. Black and white. Fight night. The weakest gladiator match in the history of baseball: Bad team versus worse team; ugh versus meh; Sox of Black versus Mess of Queens!
  5. Latos .580 ops last year. I'll take that of it comes to it
  6. Albers has a career .159 OPS
  7. Who bats for the pitcher?
  8. I'm box score following on my commute but Robertson looks like he's getting some gift strikes thankfully
  9. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 1, 2016 -> 01:54 PM) If Avi is hurt, at least he can DH against LHP (even though that should probably be Rollins going forward) We do have a 26 year old tearing up triple A though. Would rather it be do or die time for Coats rather than Sands (and Coats isn't exactly a guy you need to protect).
  10. I can't login unless I'm in incognito mode. I've deleted history, cookies, etc. Even incognito mode doesn't work all the time. It'll just keep repeating the login box saying error. This has happened to me before but not as prolonged as this.
  11. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 1, 2016 -> 01:49 PM) +1...he truly has no purpose on the team as long as Avi is healthy And even then, he really doesnt.
  12. Comparisons between the sox and cubs have existed as long as the teams have and will continue to do so. Weird thing to jump on.
  13. I love it. Trump calls hundreds of media members to hold a presser today just to tell them what they're doing wrong, and they still make the same mistakes. The media that hates him continues to be the one that makes him more popular and powerful (not that I'm complaining) while collectively being too stupid to realize it. It can be spun in any which way, yet Trump is still getting an incredible amount of free press for donating millions to veterans. It's amazing.
  14. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ May 31, 2016 -> 10:55 PM) https://mobile.twitter.com/justinjm1/status...738286689615873 I love this so much. Trump is literally using and abusing the media with round the clock coverage to remind everyone he raised millions of dollars for veterans.
  15. I feel like there was at least some potential for a play at the plated. Guess not.
  16. QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ May 31, 2016 -> 08:29 PM) Saladino will need to jack one for us to win this game. .
  17. Please tell me Thor is out. He's unbelievable
  18. Clearly safe. Hell stay out though, because replay.
  19. Is he done or does he throw another inning? Please say he's done.
  20. QUOTE (Big Hurtin @ May 31, 2016 -> 08:05 PM) I wonder why, are they short on relievers? He got thrown out of his start very early. His pitch day.
  21. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 31, 2016 -> 07:21 PM) If this team sucks that bad, why does anyone else want them? I honestly hate posts like this. If they all suck and are mental midgets, the rest of MLB knew this long before you did. They aren't going to give you anything for them. He didn't say that though. He named the garbage pieces then named the pieces that could get something back. Even awful teams have good players.
  22. 2 errors for Frazier. Great.
