Well the Sox apparently agree with myself and others a little bit as they were trying to trade him last deadline. As for LaStella, he wasn’t even good on the Cubs. He was basically an all star with the Angels though.

For 5 million he’s a better value than some of these guys. If they cost the same, I would have rather had other guys but for half of Richards, that’s not bad.

Keuchel barely made it through last year with his back issue -
Some teams absolutely might value a plus plus hit tool more than others. Personally, I’d rather the Sox just try to hit 300 homers a year like the Twins in 2019.
