Hey Yoan! Nice job, now steal 2nd.

Kimbrel does also

Goodwin!!!

I bet we see Tepera or Ruiz

good call

Just throw out the 2020 stats

Sox just refusing to hold runners. Doing so many little things poorly.

Another blown call by ump

Fast guy on first, sinker ball pitcher and a hitter that hits a ton of grounders. You have to put Engel in motion.

The teams behind the Sox (Indians and Tigers) play each other enough coming up that if the Sox keep struggling, they're going to find this race close again.

If they lose, will easily be the worst loss of the season.

Most obvious outcome of the season. You have to run Engel there

Not a strike you asshole

Nice change of events there. Abreu needs to elevate here, but it has all the makings of a DP

0-5 for Timmy

already thrown more sliders that didn't hang than with the Sox this year

that's happening this offseason if he doesn't implode here

You always hear about closers that can't pitch without the adrenaline. I think it's stupid also, but it's a mental thing for these guys.

simply put, you don't trade for the best closer in baseball and not make him the closer. He has very little experience as a set-up man. His velocity is down without the added adrenaline. He also excels by throwing curves when hitter is expecting a fastball. Romine needed to see a curve on 2-2 or 3-2.

Way to keep throwing that inside fastball to a lefty with wind blowing out

Hendriks absolutely needs to be in the 8th inning.

My god, what a flop

Also trading for a closer and putting him in a set-up spot

Holy shit he looks terrible

No way this guy should make contact off Kimbrel
