If I knew for sure they would spend it, I think I’m more intrigued by a cheaper relief option and other upgrades than maxing payroll for Hendriks. However, with the rumors of trades the last few days, I have no idea what to expect now.

I think it’s more I doubt their ability to win a bidding war. They will offer what they deem is fair and if it requires extensive negotiations, that’s when they lose ground.
