This is where the lack of secondary prospects really hurts the Sox. Jazz is better than any of the non-untouchables.

They need someone who can hit lefties, especially with their remaining games vs the Cubs. Haven’t checked on Jose’s splits though this year.

He was in the stands last week during a Q&A for Sox campers with his family. He seemed real happy.

It’s almost as if the Sox and Bulls have something in common. Also I hate lowering the return of the money you give up just to get rid of Nate’s deal.

He’s seemingly has had multiple strikeouts in every game since the ASB. Only the Sox can have two offensive all stars who immediately fall off a cliff after the break.

It’s almost like he would benefit from having a hitting coach that focuses on approach and stresses OBP

I’m still shocked at how bad the hit tool has been. He needs to really get that going the next few years, as a bad fielding corner outfielder with big power but mediocre OBP is nothing special in today’s era.
