Luis Robert exited game with "left hand contusion," is day to day
I will be honest, I posted it to bring attention to those on the board that might have sources. It worked like a charm thanks to Y2Jimmy

Gregor: Sox talking about bringing up top prospects sooner
Collins and Cease my guess

Ervin Santana has been DFA
Officially, is this a Hahn move or Kenny? I figured Hahn supporters will say it was Kenny.

Ervin Santana has been DFA
This was a liability issue. He was going to get the goose statue killed one of these days. PETA would have been pissed.

Ervin Santana has been DFA
It is...quite comical

Ervin Santana has been DFA
Good move but dear god what a waste of money. Stay hot Hahn

So he broke his hand after BP? Ugh!!

Luis Robert exited game with "left hand contusion," is day to day
it wouldn't be the first time they thought he had a minor injury, only to see it not improve and then run tests a few days later and find out it was a serious injury.

How Much Longer?
They removed Latos from the rotation in 2016 because they thought they were playoff contenders.

Better Late Than Never Gamethread
Not going to get an argument for me about reasons to be negative. Each passing day, it's obvious Hahn should be fired and barred from GRF for crimes against the Sox organization. I said this the other day, but more and more quantitative data is coming out that illustrates how awful the Sox are in basically every aspect. The whole organization needs an enema.

This shouldn't be a surprise though. There's probably 7-8 players that actually matter for the long term future of the organization that are on the roster. Come September, we'll be happy they lost these games.

Better Late Than Never Gamethread
Injuries are going to happen, especially with pitchers. The problem is the complete crapping of the bed the draft picks have done, which has caused the minor league depth to crater.

Just watch Yoan, Timmy and Eloy bat. Don't bother watching any of the other hitters. I've probably watched a total of 10 at bats from Alonso and Castillo this season. Saves a lot of time and allows you not to have to watch all the other crappy players.

Better Late Than Never Gamethread
Don't worry, I posted this in the minor league forum but a Sox fan posted this:

Orioles defense just dominated the last two games.

Real nice hands by Abreu there. Yoan matches up really well against this pitcher.

4/24 Games
Collins K'd looking 2 more times tonight. Happening far too often of late. As Yoan has shown, this is something that can be improved with a better approach.

leaps and bounds better than last year though

Yoan and Timmy could probably each have 2-3 more hits in this series, but Baltimore has had them positioned perfectly.

JR probably got so excited seeing Santana get Manny out in that B game

If Ricky uses them tomorrow, he’s worst than I imagined

This is a talent issue

JR clearly has quit caring about the actual performance of his front office for the Bulls and WSox. It’s truly a shame to see how complacent he’s been with these teams. Bulls and Sox fans deserve better.
