That was awful. Would have been easy double play

A guy with a bad leg bunting at an incredible defender is not wise

Terrible approach by Abreu there. His bat is dragging like crazy.

Great stuff from Lopez so far!

One of the rare times this year he caused damage to the pitcher

Nice two out rally

I think Eloy practiced his putting too much over the break and not enough driver.

He took the first 3 pitches off the plate nicely. Also, Charlotte is in nbc sports Chicago tomorrow

Eloy hitting everything on the ground this series

Another big league pitcher for Robert to face tonight

Prospects (maybe bigger deal)

Ha good for him (not sarcasm)

I bet he gets traded to the Dodgers in next few weeks

But he’s not learning much playing 2 times a week at this level. This is someone that only had an OPS of .750 in May and June, which is mediocre in that league. When he was promoted, he was far from a “he has nothing left to prove”. The poor guy struck out in 22 of his 37 at bats vs LHP

Probably should have just recalled Seby after the Castillo injury

Definitely time to IL him. Nothing looks smooth for him. Quite an awful signing with a lot of red flags screaming stay away.

I don’t think there’s a chance he’s a future full time catcher. Platoon catcher is his best bet, if he’s lucky. I just don’t think the swing/approach is going to work at this level. He seems to react to the pitch too late and doesn’t have the bat speed/path to make up for the delay.

Yankees, Red Sox, Cubs, Astros and Padres are all going to spend on pitching this offseason. Have fun getting into bidding wars with them.

Sure there’s a reason, keep working on catching. It’s not like he was destroying the ball in Charlotte the last few months.

Because there are a lot of teams that will be in the market for pitching this offseason that aren’t afraid of big deals for pitchers. As you know, this isn’t going to be like last year where a lot of the big spenders are tapped out.

Good AB for Reed. Surprised at his WTP so far

Bassitt dominating with very average stuff. He is so lucky he got traded.

Out of curiosity, have you ever actually seen the minor leaguers that you praise so much?

I have a feeling he gets sent down tomorrow

Cordell....Collins K again on high fastball
