Remember when Yoan was gonna be a perennial all star at 2nd base? What a freaking waste.

Well, Preller should have been banned from baseball. Besides that, no issues with padres. I would just rather see that these guys fail.

And allow you to spend more on player payroll

Sox were already as irrelevant as can be for casual baseball followers, and now you have the diehards saying they’re done going to games. This is a very bad day for a very bad franchise.

Isn’t that what has already happened the last few years?

I hope the Padres fail horribly and both guys are terrible.

Yes that is the common perception

Yeah because they have put a shit product on the field for a decade

I’m not a hockey fan, but is this not similar to the issues the Blackhawks were having until they had a change in “ownership”?

Don’t forget not signing stop-gaps

It’s obvious JR needs to sell.

What’s he saying

My god, Hahn can do no wrong for some. At least KW has shown he can field a competitive team.

Can we petition the Sox to bat Moncada and Eloy back-to-back? Would make watching them hit and then turning the channel a lot easier. I will rely on Parkman to tell me how great Giolito looked.

Yes but that’s off the field. The roster decisions for the Sox have been insane.

Nothing like trying to acquire long-term assets and striking out two straight offseasons.

I really don’t know how you could have a worse one.

What sucks is there is no doubt I would have rather seen Avi get one more chance with Palka at DH instead of giving Alonso at bats and releasing Avi

How come I don’t think Yonder hits the number of AB he needs for the option?

Realistically they should be looking to trade Abreu now. Rockies still seem like a great fit.

Don’t want a high payroll when you sell the team

It’s all binary as Hahn said. The Sox failed, end of story.

Yep, they flat out blew the negotiations. They thought Phillies were their only competition.

Remind you of GarPax?

This current regime just seems to be incompetent, from Jerry to KW/Hahn to the coaching staff and scouting dept. Not one person can be pointed to and say “they’re doing a good job”
